Senior Clinical Compliance Educator

Shannon is a Senior Clinical Compliance Educator and RN Surveyor with the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). A registered nurse with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, she provides education on clinical best practices, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements for ACHC stakeholders. Shannon also supports the training and development of surveyors, contributes to accreditation and quality initiatives, and serves as a backup to the Associate Clinical Director for ACHC’s Assisted Living Accreditation program. She is passionate about helping providers achieve and maintain compliance while promoting high-quality, patient-centered care..
