Lu Weeks has devoted a lifetime to Long Term Care from her beginnings as a practical nurse 48 years ago to her MDS Cerification in Social Work from Kendred Health Care in
the early 2000’s.

She is a Certified ACH Administrator in NC and spent many years
owning and operating Adult Care Homes with her late Husband John Weeks before joining the SembraCare Team.

Lu’s experience in Long Term Care has run the gambit from ICF/MR/DD group homes to
Skilled Care to ACH and Family Care Homes. Her true love is assisting other providers
in providing the best quality care: while maximizing revenue for those who need it most.
